She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Noah and Teresa Marie Shipp; her siblings, Pauline Crawford, Bernice Ballard, Leon Shipp and Dick Shipp; and her granddaughter Kendall Beth Royalty.

She is survived by : her husband Clarence Ray "C. R."; her children, Michael Dale Royalty (Debra) of Bardstown, John Royalty of Bardstown, Donna Blair (Tom) of Bardstown and Gregory Neal Royalty of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Leslie Anne Blair, Garrett Michael Royalty, Sara Gabrielle Royalty, Eli Royalty, Hannah Marie Blair and Madison Royalty; her brothers, Russell Shipp (Gemma) of Louisville and Louis Shipp of Bardstown; her daughter-in-law Yila Royalty; and her friend Rita Newton.
