It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lori Fenwick of Bardstown, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Billy, Frances Fenwick and Frank Clark; and her cousins, Clint and Julian Clark.

She is survived by : her parents, Mike Fenwick and Cathy Fenwick of Bardstown; her brother Jessie Ray Fenwick of Louisville; her nieces, Kyleigh and Madison; and her grandmother Lorene Clark of Holy Cross. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, occupancy is limited to 50 % and no food or drink may be sent or shared.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
