He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward George and Mary Elsey George; his former life partner Viola Foren George; and his siblings, William B. George, J. T. George and Kathryn George.
He is survived by : his wife Ruby Jo Allen George; his stepgranddaughter Nancy Schoenheide of Livonia, Michigan; and his sisters, Evelyn Wilson of Bardwell and Mona Moyers of Bardwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
