He was predeceased by : his parents, Walker McIntosh, Sr. and Dora Bell Chandler. He is survived by : his children, Susan Holland of Beattyville, Linda King of Beattyville, Tim McIntosh of Owenton, Pam Terry of Booneville, Ronnie McIntosh of Ringold and Daniel McIntosh of Beattyville; and his siblings, Grace Guthrey of Beattyville, Carl McIntosh of Beattyville, Glen McIntosh of Ohio, Christine Miles of Virginia and Emma Rae Watkins of Beattyville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
