She is survived by : her mother Maggie Faye Casey Miller; her husband Davie Lee Hayse; her children, Shawn Lee Hayse, Sarah Johnson (Joshua), Samantha Stites (Casey), Sydney Johnson (Charles) and Amellia Jae Hayse; her brother Brian Miller (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Josie, Abriella, Cara, Naomi and Nikolai.
