He was predeceased by : his parents, Joy Leach and Buelah Raines Leach; and his siblings, Burchel Leach and Robina Gray. He is survived by : his wife Mary Nell Whitler Leach; his children, Thomas Paul Leach, Debbie Sutton (Harold), Sharron Rock (Roger) and Robin Coots (Mark); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Stefanie, Krissi, Adam, Aaron and Chad. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
