He was predeceased by: his father Jerell R., Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Leola Farley (Gray); and his sons, Joshua Farley (Jiayi) of Boston and Jerell R. Farley, III of Milton, Kentucky. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bedford Cemetery.
