She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Carroll and Mary Ida McKay Wentworth; and her brothers, Gary, Ed and Darrell Wentworth.
She is survived by: her husband Ira Glen Brierly of Bedford, Kentucky; her children, Karen Sherele Neisius (Lemuel) of Greensburg, Angela Denise French (Charles Dewayne) of Louisville, Kentucky, Glenn Eric Brierly (Lee Ann) of Bedford and Jonathan Lowell Brierly (Olivia Claire) of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Dea, Niki, Drew, April, Alysha, Amanda, Ashley, Kelsi, Kayla, Joshua and Henry; her siblings, Marion Wentworth (Elizabeth) of Bedford, Kentucky, Anita Rowlett of Bedford and Yvonne Brierly of Bedford, Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Betty Heaton of Milton, Kentucky. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
