He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilson Adams and Virginia Sandlin Adams; and his brother Dale Adams. He is survived by : his wife Andra Wicklund; his children, Juliann Adams of Bedford and Jason Hayes (Jennifer) of LaGrange, KY; and his siblings, Tony Adams of Oneida, KY, Craig Adams of Eastern, KY, Bryan Adams (Peggy) of London, KY and Dawn Adams of Bonneville, KY. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
