With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Bain Richmond of Bedford, Kentucky, born in Fulton, Indiana, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Bain and Mary Elizabeth Bain (Rosenburger); her husband Shelby Richmond; her daughter Annette Richmond; and her sisters, Helen Lasavage, Janet Campbell, Shirley Proctor and Dorothy Southworth.
She is survived by : her sons, Danny Keith (Charlette Richmond) and Russell Lee (Linda Richmond); her sister Charlene; and her brother-in-law Donny Leach of Carrolton, Kentucky. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
