He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Basham and Nellie Catherine Basham (Berry); and his aunts, Frances Basham and Edna Cundiff. He is survived by : his children, Kevin Basham and Michelle Hise; and his sisters, Jean Embrey and Ruth Ann Whelan (Sam). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
