He is survived by : his children, Patricia Gail Norris of Bedford and William Todd; his daughter-in-law Tina Nutgrass of Bedford; and his siblings, Larrry Nutgrass (Peggy) of Bedford, Jim Nutgrass (Joyce) of Bedford, Janet Rogers (Carl) of Carrollton and Peggy Larsen of Florida. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
