She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Stinnett and Ruby Lanham Stinnett; her brothers, Bob, Mark and Clifton Stinnett; her nephew Bill Adams; and her siblings-in-law, Clara Stinnett, Harold Adams and Monroe Butler.

She is survived by : her husband Richard Hastings; her stepson Cole Hastings (Jael); her stepgrandchildren, Asher and Emilie; her sister Barbara Butler; her sister-in-law Brenda Stinnett; and her nieces, Cynthia, Debbie, Lisa, Kim, Jennifer, Kathy, Chase and Julia.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (117 W Bellville St, Marion, KY 42064). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
