He was predeceased by : his parents, James Marion and Fairy Zeta Abrams Hymer; his son Steven Hymer; and his sister Geneva Hymer Conners. He is survived by : his daughter Vicki Lynn Hymer of Berea, KY; his daughter-in-law Lynn Hymer of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Jay Simmons (Sumner) and Cristi Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Saylor Simmons, Meghan and Reece Smith. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
