He is survived by: his children, Danny Pennington of Paintsville, Kentucky, Ashly Hernandez (Manuel) of Lee's Summit, Sherri Pennington of Tennessee, Christy Pennington of Bevinsville and Judy Pitts (Brian) of Lincoln Park, Missouri; his siblings, Hershell Pennington (Noonie) of Michigan, Connie Plaktus of Bevinsville, Cheryl Johnson of Weeksbury and Judy Blankenship of Weeksbury, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Neil Fraley, Lizzie Fraley and Olivia Pitts; and his great grandchild Alliyah Farley.
