She is survived by: her husband Vernon Slone; her daughter Kayla Lynn Johnson (Jason) of Lexington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Aleigha Nicole Roop (Storm) and Raeleah Kaylynn Slone; her great grandchild Alaina Clair Roop; and her siblings, Karen Gwynn Johnson and Najuana Sue Moore.
