She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Whitehead and Vaxie Caudill Whitehead; and her siblings, Jimmy (Bo), Denny Whitehead, Diane Slone and Juanita Kay.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Jent; her daughter Laquatta "Doodle" Darlene Brashear; and her siblings, Kenny Whitehead (Sue) of Blackey and Judy Cole (Curt) of Hazard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
