He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Arthur Breeding and Ethel Combs Breeding; his wife Ruth Fields Breeding; his children, Donnie Breeding of Hazard, Harold Breeding of Pippa Passes, Phillip Breeding of Woodrock, Melinda Wilder of Crases Branch and Brandy Blair of Sextons Branch; his siblings, Rodney Breeding of Isom, Darrell Breeding of Detroit, Michigan and Joyce Driver of North Vernon, Indiana; and his half-sister Linda Maggard.
