She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Meredith (Lewis) of Bonnieville; her grandchildren, David Perkins (Dorothy) of Bonnieville and Chris Perkins (Bonita) of Bardstown; her great grandchildren, Cynthia Hale (Jonathan) of Summersville, Xander Perkins and Vivianne Perkins; and her great great grandchildren, Jasper Hale and Aubrey Hale.
