She was predeceased by : her husband James C. Thompson (JC); her mother Katherine Stinson; her sister Dixie Stinson; her great grandchildren, Destiny and Evan; her parents-in-law, Arvle and Dovie Thompson; and her brothers-in-law, Bill, Elmer and Bob Thompson.

She is survived by : her sons, Barry Thompson (Bear) and Calvin Thompson; her brother Paul Stinson; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Fields, Marvin Thompson (Delinda) and Ronnie Thompson. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
