He is survived by: his stepson Michael Dixon of Glasgow, KY; and his granddaughters, Gail Barbour Ingram (Roy) of Columbia, KY, Jennifer Greer of Louisville, KY and Tashia Johnson of Elizabethtown, KY. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
