He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Evans (Phillips); his children, Kendall Evans (Trisha) of Beattyville, KY, Christal Love (Brad) of Lexington, KY and Monica Evans (Justin) of Richmond, KY; his siblings, James Evans (Cathy) of Booneville, KY, Gary Evans (Sally) of Lexington, KY, Tommy Evans (Donna) of Means, KY, Danny Cooper of Beattyville, KY, Lucy Grimmetti of Ypsilanti, Ruby Holton (Johnny) of Richmond, KY and Anna Mae Roland of Beattyville, KY; and his grandchildren, Kendra, Cody, Kinsey, Eddie, Dylan, Landyn and Addisyn. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
