She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Collins (Henrietta) of Richmond, KY, Michael Collins of Mt. Sterling, KY and Shane Collins (Denise) of Beattyville, KY; her siblings, Nelson, Johnny Slone of Stanford, KY, Kathy Bryant of Georgia, Judy Poynter, Sue Dick of Richmond and Patricia Pitts of Beattyville, KY; her grandchildren, Christopher Collins (Kaylee), Kristen Howard (Cooper), Katelyn Collins, Eric Coon, Nickia Carpenter, Shana Collins (Noah) and Jamie Mayes; and her great grandchild Riley Kate Collins. She is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
