She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien Campbell and Hazel Campbell (Moore); her husband Roger Gentry; her siblings, Ronnie Campbell and Roma Gail Pickett; her nephew Shane Pickett; and her son-in-law David McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, Cameron Gentry (Melissa) of Berea, KY and Dionne McIntosh of Booneville, KY; her granddaughters, Kaylee and Kimberly McIntosh; and her sibling's children, Martina Pickett, Tina Cornwell, Katrina Jett, Joni Young, Anita Gail Spence, Ron Campbell and Duane Pickett. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
