She is survived by : her daughters, Candice Sean (Anthony) and Dakota Campbell (Brandon Thompson); her grandchildren, Delanie Johnson, Chandler Paiton Johnson, Hendrick Sean, Zuri Sean and Bella Thomas; her sister Sarah Nichols; her nephews, Josh Brown, Keegan Nichols and Trenten Nichols; and her aunt Debi Baker.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home (3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
