She was predeceased by : her parents, Omer Morrison and Myrtie Morrison; and her siblings, Wilton, Rondal, Wilbur Morrison, Mary Catherine Bernard and Marjorie Klieber.
She is survived by : her husband Jerry Thomas; her children, Lisa Perkins (David) of Buffalo, KY, Keith Thomas (Angela) of White Rock, NM and Jennifer Allen (Coy) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Stacie Hutchison (Michael) of Bowling Green, Katey Thomas-Burger (Tobias) of Albuquerque, NM, Jodi Thomas-Burns (Noah) of Louisville and Nicholas Allen of Bowling Green; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Lucy Hutchison of Bowling Green; her brothers, Kenneth Morrison (Martha) of Frankfort and Donnie Morrison (Theresa) of Russell Springs; and her caregiver Greenview Hospital. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hosparus Health Barren River, which made her final days comfortable and peaceful.
