He was predeceased by: his parents, Damon McChesney and Ruth McChesney; and his nephew Jason McChesney. He is survived by: his brothers, Richard (Kathy) of Smiths Grove, John (Vickie) of Smiths Grove and Larry (Cheryl) of Bowling Green; his siblings' children, Christie Strode (John), Kim Doyle (Duane), Latasha Meredith, Robert, Jonathan McChesney (Lana) and Justin McChesney (Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dawson Doyle (Maddie), Connor, Cooper, Ellie Doyle, Wesley McChesney (Natalie), McKenna McChesney, Owsley McChesney, Matthew Strode, Evy, Claudia McChesney, Lauren, Blayne McChesney and Madison Willoughby (Gabe); his close friend Gail Givens; and also Morgan Ruth McChesney.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hardy & Son Funeral Home (3098 Louisville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
