He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wade Beach, Sr. and Juanita Harris Beach; his close friend Sandra Law; and his siblings, Carol Ann Thurmond, Agnes Goad, Cecil Beach, Jr. and Joseph H. Beach.

He is survived by: his siblings, Gayle Eston, Patricia Johnson (Russell), Judy Lawrence, Larry Beach (Pat) and Scotty Beach (Jerri). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
