She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Hardaway; her daughter Jaleesa Hawkins; her brothers, Tim Hawkins of Jeffersonville, Cortez Hawkins of Bowling Green and Marty "Moe" Hawkins of Glasgow One; her grandchild SaMya Williams; her goddaughter Jessica Houston of Louisville Two; her aunts, Sheeree Willis of Louisville and Jean Willis of Louisville; her uncle Clifford Taylor of Maryland; her niece Tiffany Hawkins; and also, Buford, Dennis Hardaway, Elaine Judy Ellington, Betty Ann Williams and Larry Evans. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
