He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Johnson and Gracie Mae Goodall Johnson; his significant other Mildred Fergerson; his sister Barbara Ballard; and his grandmother Icie Goodall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve, Judy, Murl, Vickie, Darrell, Diane, Joe, Wanda, Pam, Donna, Sharon and Scotty Fergerson (Lisa); and his daughters, Heather and Serena. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel (832 Broadway Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
