She was predeceased by: her mother Juanita Keeble (Wise); and her aunts, Patricia Wise, Thelma H. Barnes, Alice Marie Taylor, Mary E. Gilbert and Alma Newton.
She is survived by: her father Steven Leroy Smeltzer; her children, Casey Michelle Smeltzer and Steven Allen (Ash); her siblings, Tim, Thomas, Terry, Cheryl Rogers and Billy Keeble; her aunts, Shirley Wise and Jewel D. Humphrey; and her adoptive children, Jennifer Smith and Jeffery Allen.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brandenburg Moose Lodge (245 Main St, Brandenburg, KY 40108).
