He is survived by: his children, Karen Wheat of Brandenburg, KY, Bradley Dowell (Wanda) of Brandenburg, KY and David Dowell of Brandenburg, KY; his grandchildren, Vernon Dowell, Kayla Stone, Steven Dowell, Jessica Hodge and Cassie Toczko; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Elijah, Samuel, Hunter, Mackenzy, Harleigh, Ronnie and Kristen; and his siblings-in-law, John Durbin of Guston, KY and Betty Curry of Brandenburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
