He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Owens and Brenda Owens Hasty (Bullock); and his sister Melanie Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Everett Owens II of Mt. Vernon, KY, Blake Hasty (Desiree) of Brodhead, KY and Brandi Hasty Fournier (Jackie) of Maine.
