He is survived by : his brother Shannon Franklin (Jill) of Brodhead, KY; his nephew Jacob Franklin (Brooklyn) of Richmond Hill, GA; his nieces, Maggie Kate Franklin and Valerie Claire Franklin; his girlfriend Tammy Estep of Brodhead, KY; his stepchildren, Sybil Forsythe (Solomon) of Richmond, KY and Jeremy Saylor; and his grandchildren, Selise, Kai and Lucian Forsythe.
