He is survived by: his wife Juileen Swift Johnson; his sons, Timmy Gene Johnson (Janet) and Jeff Johnson (Angela); his grandchildren, Brent Johnson and Brittany Crandell (Calvin); his great grandchild Timothy Wade Crandell of Brooklyn, KY; and his cousins, Rodney Johnson and Donna Heil of Louisville, KY..
