He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond C. Bay and Serelda Bay (Bonar); and his son Charles Gene "Chuck" Bay. He is survived by : his wife Betty Bay (Lonaker); his children, Mary Sue Tucker of Minerva, KY, Carl A. Bay, Jr. of Foster, KY, James R. Bay of Augusta and Jeani M.; and his sister Linda Carol Bay of Portland, OR.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
