He is survived by : his parents, David "Pete" Hause and Martha Kay Hause (Workman) of Brooksville; his brother Ashley (Lindsey Hause) of Union, KY; and his nieces, Cora Lee and Lennyn Ashley Hause. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
