We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2023, at the age of 76, Judy Marie Wachter of Brooksville, Kentucky, born in Mason, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Lewis Walker; her son Billy Riggs; her grandson Thomas Riggs; and her siblings, Alice Conley, Helen Branam, Enda Shelley and Christopher Walker.

She is survived by : her sons, Timmy Riggs, Tommy Riggs (Janie) and Tony Riggs (Mary). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
