She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Showalter and Ruth Showalter (Lines); and her husband Milton Cleon Bay. She is survived by: her children, Terry Eugene Bay of Brooksville, KY and Carolyn Irene Donner of Hammersville, OH; her grandchildren, Teron Bay and Elaine Collins; and her sister Virginia Gibbs. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home-Brooksville (41 Hackett Ridge Rd, Brooksville, KY 41004). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
