She is survived by : her daughter Melony Moorhead Phillips (David) of Grand Rapids, MI; her grandchildren, Brent Hoffman (Sarah), Collin Hoffman (Delaney) and Zakary Frank; her stepgrandchildren, Britanny Van'tHoff (Arend), David Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Ian Frank (Emily) and Marla Cortez (David); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kamrin Van'tHof, Nolan Van'tHof, Carter Phillips, Roman Phillips and Baxter Frank; and her pets, Gambino and Hayden.
