He is survived by: his wife Judy Willoughby Jarvis; his children, Clarence "Billy" Jarvis (Kim) of Powderly and Christy Elaine Shemwell (Jason) of Browder; his grandchildren, Austin Jarvis, Noah Shemwell (Makayla), Macon Jarvis, Jaden Shemwell and Madison Shemwell; and his stepgrandchild Reina Draper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
