With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty Mae Mansfield (Burkesville, Kentucky), born in Portland, Oregon, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Betty shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Betty farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry C. Zimmerman and Rose P. Susbauer; her husband Dewey Art Mansfield; her children, Deborah, Delinda and Michael; and her grandchildren, Gavin, Jordan Middleton and Savannah Rose Mansfield.
She volunteered for the Red Cross blood drive for 25 years, in addition to donating her time to St. Clare Catholic Church for 60 years and the Multnomah County Senior Center for 15 years.
