She is survived by : her husband Franklin Don Owens of Burkesville One; her son Stevie Thurman of Louisville One; her stepdaughter Devonda Byrd (Jimmy) of Goodlettsville, TN.; and her siblings, William Dale Thacker (Phyllis) of Smiths Grove, Jesse Thacker (Alberta) of Springfield, MO, Gary Thacker (Hazel) of Burkesville, Joyce Flowers of Burkesville, Lesia Alexander (Rodney) of Burkesville, Imogene Flowers of Burkesville and Elaine Franklin (Cary Lee) of Indiana.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY 42717). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
