He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Patterson and Nan Patterson; and his nephew Jason Daniel Wade. He is survived by: his wife Billie; his sisters, June Wade (David) of Scottsville, KY and Jan Patterson of Burkesville, KY; his niece Alisha Layman (Travis) of Fisherville, KY; his nephew Kyle Wade (Meghan) of Columbus, OH; and his daughter Brynna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Falcon Pass Elementary, where they will be used to benefit the library.
