Flora Birge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flora Birge of Burkesville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 15, 2020 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Bland; her husband James William Birge; her siblings, Willie Tim Bland, John Tom Bland and Diane Harris; her grandchildren, Tyler Watson and Skylynn Birge; her niece Vickie Pruitt; and her nephew James Derrick Bland.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Maree Bland; her children, Mary Hunter, Hershel Birge, Nellie Sanchez, James Birge, Carolyn Beaty (Joe), Richard Birge (Niki) and George Birge (Brandy); her sisters, Betty Goode, Vickie McLaughin, Virginia Smith and Carolyn Brown; and her close friend Nichole Spears. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place at this time, Guests are asked to wear masks when entering the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations for funeral expenses and can be made at the funeral home.
