It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Thelma Carrender of Burkesville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnny Burton and Ala Mae Hicks (McCutchen); her sons, Ronald Lee Carrender and Harold Dean Carrender; and her siblings, Cosby, Cecil, Hobert Hicks, Mable Hicks, Lillian Teater, Janet Lair and Irene Coffey.

She is survived by : her son Rex Carrender (Janie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
