She was predeceased by : her parents, John William "J. W." and Mary Eva Dargavell Price; and her husband John William Gompper. She is survived by : her children, John W. Gompper, III (Leah) and Amber Gompper; and her grandchildren, Michael and Madison. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
