We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2021, at the age of 64, Deborah Wallace of Burnside, Kentucky, born in Marion, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phillips and Bertha Hill Phillips; her brother Danny Johnson; and her grandson Lincoln Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Thurman Wallace; her children, Steve Burton (Nicole) of Somerset, Jacob Wallace (Brianna) of Somerset and Ashley Hughes; her siblings, Jeff Phillips (Angie) of Monticello, Sandy Mink of Somerset and Jennifer Barshears of Somerset; and her grandchildren, Riley Stull, Taylee Burton, Koi, Rayan Burton, MaKiley Cook, Adlee Mae Wallace, Brooke Hughes, Raiden Hughes and AnaBelle Hughes.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to her Memorial Fund, C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
