He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Ballou and Kathleen Ann "Kate" Schierloh Ballou; his wife Darlene Ballou; and his siblings, Robert Ballou and Judy Armacost.
He is survived by: his daughter Frankie Hall (Stephen) of Dickson, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Russell Payne (Dana), Jacob Payne (Brandy) and Matthew Hall (Elise); and his siblings-in-law, Sally Ballou and William Martin of Richmond, KY.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; his devoted friends.
