He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Starling Keith and Helen Geneva Shelton Keith; and his father-in-law Roger (Claire Bradford). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cline Keith; his sons, Joey Keith (Kaelyn) of Eubank, KY and Jonathan Keith (April) of Eubank, KY; his grandchildren, Jacob Keith, Elijah Keith, Owen Keith, Cody Keith (Amanda), Angel Harris, Kayla Caldwell (David) and Kendra Bumgardner (Sean); his great grandchildren, Brayden Keith, Aurellia Keith, Brenlyn Keith, Jentry Keith, Emmanuel Keith, Rowen Keith, Ella Ricciardi and Kimber Caldwell; and his siblings, Arnold Dee Keith (Karen) of Palm Coast, FL, Nora Diane Keith of Palm Coast and Tonda Gale Lee.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sloans Valley Cemetery.
